Mark Williams joined the MDI team with over four decades of aviation expertise entailing a broad range of disciplines while providing assistance and counsel to aircraft owners and company directors. He has developed and received Civil Aviation Authority, Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and Operations Specifications. He has held key management positions as an Accountable Manager, Director of Maintenance, and Director of Safety and Quality, gaining ten years’ experience in key management positions.

He has developed expert knowledge and experience concerning the purchase, sale and leasing of large commercial and corporate aircraft, including lease conformity for aircraft delivery and redelivery. He has excellent working knowledge of the technical provisions of a lease, with ability to draft binding legal documents, letter of intent (LOI), negotiate, interpret and apply accordingly. With the ability to collaborate across multiple departments: legal, marketing/sales, finance, to meet customer needs.

Mark has gained 15 years working experience, for the delivery and return of commercial jet aircraft to numerous airlines throughout the world. Responsible for aircraft lease & sales agreements, resolution of technical issues that surface during the aircraft lease term, coordinate and oversee customer pre-delivery reconfiguration requirements while developing and enhancing relationships with airlines, Maintenance Repair Organizations (MRO) and suppliers internationally. Effectively and efficiently manage technical consultants and manage multiple projects at any given time.

Mark initiated, coordinated and managed the business start-up activities for commercial aircraft and helicopter operations in the USA, Middle East, Europe, and Africa regions.
